if you want ultra or any of your favorite festivals to still be around in the future, you gotta take the piss this year and just accept the cancellations. Having any sort of acceleration to the current outbreak traced back to one of these festivals would be a death wish for whichever brand is throwing the show. Ultra also draws a particularly global crowd and claustrophobia doesn’t even begin to describe the stages at bay front.. if there’s 1 person in there infected then everyone’s going to catch it. You may not be part of the high-risk group, but you could be the reason a high-risk individual becomes infected.

Keep in mind that ultra isn’t the only one being affected. There are a lot of different people in a lot of different parts of the world that spent a lot of money on different tickets to different shows before any of this happened. Shit blows but it’s the right thing to do.
