Stupid ibuprofen. Why aren't you pregnancy safe??? (Headache rant)

I was getting daily headaches (new for me, I didn't get them pre-pregnancy) and my OB talked a lot about medication options that included class C and those that were not yet classified but did not appear to be harmful upon various studies of them. We decided on Desiprimine, which is a tricyclic antidepressant and headache prevention. She said that she feels comfortable with me taking it at this stage of pregnancy, once the baby's organs have all developed. I just have to stop before breastfeeding. I trust her judgment and have been taking it every night for the past month with amazing results. I have only had one headache since then and that was triggered by really really poor sleep. I understand that not everyone feels comfortable with meds, but I am so grateful to not be having those headaches anymore, and baby girl continues to be doing fine! (I've had an ultrasound since then, d/t low lying placenta). It worked for me so I'm a proponent of this particular med at this stage of pregnancy
