Not all manual are the same, this is what it says for both my car, my motorcycle manual only has one schedule maintenance:

Those pictures comes from the service manual of my 2013 Mazda CX-5: On this one you can see 3 different maintenance schedule, General, Russia/Belarus/Azerbaijan, and Australia.

On this one you can see that the oil change interval is 10000 kilometers or 6 250 miles:

This shows you the severe condition schedules, you can find the describtion of it somewhere but like I said, my manual refuses to work properly. Calls for oil change every 5000km, so half the life of the normal condition:
