I stupidly just poured 2 cups of water into my Instant Pot without the pot in there.

Do you have a dehumidifier?

Stick your instapot and the dehumidifier in a box or a small room, and let the dehumidifier run.

If not, you can pick up non-electronic closet dehumidifiers(sorta like a giant silica desiccant in a tub. They sell it at Home Depot/Bed Bath Beyond/Daiso) and do the same thing but for a longer period of time.

This is what I did when my niece accidentally spilled a similar amount of water on my laptop(lid open, immediate grinding noise/vibration underneath the keyboard):

Turned it off, wiped off excess water, flipped laptop upside down, stuck it in a cardboard box with a couple of those closet dehumidifiers. Stuck the entire box in one of those vacuum-sealed storage bags, and let it dry for a couple days.
