Looking at the google doc it's not made up and anecdotal evidence, it's actual published research. But that doesn't mean it proves anything at all because there's a lot more, a lot higher quality research and reviews out there that show that there's no causal relationship between MMR and autism, or vaccines and autoimmune disorders.
There's a frustrating, though understandable, trend where - well-meaning - people do more harm than good arguing with anti vaxxers (or climate change deniers) because they don't know much about the topic. In a debate it's not enough to be right, it's important to know exactly why you're right and the opposition is wrong if you want to be convincing. For example, a physicist could probably destroy me in an argument where he defends the claim that the earth is flat.
