Subaru Service center gave my car to someone else

Definitely contact your insurance, the national office of Subaru, and perhaps the better business bureau. You want to involve as many agencies in this from the beginning as possible so they don’t feel they can screw you over. Your insurance will help, because any damages not paid for by someone else can become their responsibility. When you’ve been victorious in getting what is due to you (and nothing less) then you might consider putting them on blast everywhere you can, including contacting news channels. It is helpful if the dealership knows up front you aren’t someone they can screw over and that you’ll do everything in your power to make them regret it if they try.
