I’m thankful I have a job atm but i am looking for a new job for a lot of reasons. I’ve now had 2 in person interviews with 2 different jobs that lasted over 90 minutes each and both ended with the manager having me meet the other employees there. Taking an in person interview while working full time is a pain in itself to navigate. I followed up both opportunities with an email thanking them for their time, and the managers both responded great talking, we will talk Monday, etc. Never heard a peep from either the following week. I wasted 2 different weekends being so stressed out about the following Monday and hearing back and …. nothing, not even a professional “we have decided to go in a different direction.” The whole process is infuriating.
