Successful men of Reddit, in any field... what drives you?

I'm not really 'driven' to be honest. I know countless people who treat grinding for success and money as their life purpose, but have significantly less than me.

I've done well because of luck, talent (which is largely luck) and a positive attitude and accepting change/risk.

The only actions I can see which separate me from others is being willing to say yes. Say yes to responsibility even when it's not in your interest, say yes to do something different, something hard, something you don't actually want to do. And being able to really communicate with a wide range of people. There's so many people who are far better at getting others to do what they want them to do, or convince them of something, but I have a natural talent for having others to clearly understand what I am thinking, which I think many people struggle to do
