Suggestions For Battle Wizard Redesign

I think current class mechanic of Battle Wizard is pretty cool, but it just needs tweaking because right now its role is vague and it is outclassed by two other careers.

It has bonuses for charged ranged attacks and the passive that kicks in when you don't use ranged. This sort of incentivizes melee-oriented gameplay with occasional quick fully-charged spell blasts, but rare use of regular ranged attack.

Problem is the cooldown of her venting passive is too long creating too much of a downtime without using what she's focused on, and she has very little melee bonuses, meaning when she waits for passive cooldown she has no other bonuses.

On the contrary Pyromancer gets very good venting via passive crits and weapon trait, while Unchained has dedicated career skill and multiple melee-bonuses for when she can't use ranged weapon.

She needs her venting passive reworked/buffed. Reduce delay before it starts, or just make it so BW has no delay on overheat decay at all, or make it venting on melee strikes like it was in the first game, any of this will let BW play like it is supposed to play.
