Suggestions for ubi in order to stop the turtle meta

Stop claiming to have chip damage that would take 60 strong attacks to kill someone, and stop making it so parrying strong attacks receive the same bonus from parrying as light attacks(for the most part). Increase chip damage and make it so most of the cast can only take a moderate penalty for being parried, >>rather than a whole strong attack in their face. you know you rant about something that is being addressed as we speak...right? They say that, and they've said they're collecting data on a lot of things in order to eventually tweak. I'm saying that this needs to be handled sooner rather than later. Stop saying you're busting the turtle meta by giving us characters that pretty much reinforce it. Did they? I'm sure these heroes been in works waaay before release. You don't pop out 2 completely new heroes in 3 months time. I'm not saying they originally thought up these characters knowing turtling would going to be an issue, but obviously some abilities were added or tweaked with the intention of sweating turtles. Cent's are fine because they're perfectly punishable, it's his absurd damage output off one parry that makes him able to really maximize turtling. Shinobi's on the other hand is absurd, because they forgot to include a free hit if you dodge this opener that has pushback, hyperarmor, free 30 damage, and is one of the fastest moves in the game.
