Sumatriptan made pain significantly worse

I'm another "me too!" but OK with other triptans.

Suma injections make me feel like something in my brain lost all regulatory control (think of an engine with no governor) and my body is going at full throttle. I go from "normal" migraine to honestly wondering if something is about to burst in my head or behind my eye, jaw clenches, can't move my neck, I break out in a profuse sweat, my heart pounds, breathing is "off", and my skin feels like I'm badly sunburned. Then after 3-5 minutes or so, it all subsides and the migraine starts to wane about 20 minutes later. After all that, I'm too sick/weak to do anything for the rest of the day. There's a reason I have to be at a 12 on the 1-10 pain scale before I give myself a sumatriptan injection...

Oral rizitriptan is fine, however. A little more dizziness than from the migraine itself and that's all. Go figure.
