The best Titan exotic right now is Synthoceps for every class. It gives you a 50% increase in damage on your super when surrounded by at least 3 enemies which is basically all the time. Also greatly increases your melee range and damage when surrounded, you can take out yellow bars with just a few punches most times.

If you can get your hands on the EP shotgun and run it with Synthoceps and top tree Sunbreaker you become a one man wrecking crew. Hammer striking the enemy puts a 50% damage buff on, the shotguns perk also adds an additional 50% damage increase when you fire it after melee. And this is also on top of the extra damage the Synthoceps give to melee.
