Sunday Show Off - Because it's perfectly fine to admit you're also doing bodyweight fitness to do cool tricks in front of people!

I'm finally happy with my progress lately. I started on the 10th of may this year (aged 15), so its been around 4 months since I have started (aged 16).

I have only used the Recommended Routine.

I have failed a bit with bulking, so my weight hasn't gained a lot. Starting pic I was 62kg, I dropped down to about 57kg and currently during this bulk have gained back up to an average of 60kg. Starting Height was 180cm and my current height is 162cm.

My pull ups have increased from 3, to 8 reps of 3 sets during this time. I have started the goal of a front lever and have reached considerable progress, I have no photos but I believe I could hold a 3s front lever in about a month or two
