Sunny-Side-Up Dilemma

Couple of ways to solve this. I tend to crank the heat when I want to do some sort of fried egg or sunny side up egg so the immediate cooking tops the yolk and the white from spreading so much. With my cast iron skillet I will yank it off the heat and cover it and let it go from there.

Another way to do it is to use some sort of form. I would get like a wide can and chop the bottom so I can pour it into it. It doesn't keep the yolk completely centered but it keep it contained a little bit.

Another thing you can do is you just let the yolk run where it wants to and then you just slide the pan over so the burner is directly below the oak if that's what you want.
