Children and men suffer greatly from the societal prejudice that men cannot like children without being suspected of being something despicable. If its not his child its likely a niece or nephew. Why would you assume its something "creepy".

Seperate issue but children in creches, primary schools etc would benefit a lot from having more positive male role models in their lives. Im sure stigma stops many men from pursuing these jobs and from being hired. There is also that robust UN study that shows how boys and men in education consistently get marked lower from female teachers despite performances being equal. At least it could improve that.
