The first time I used my Flight Pilot, like 2 years ago, I wasn't able to cum with it after almost an hour and I was disappointed. It's not that the FL wasn't feeling great, I just couldn't. I think your first experience might not be the best you'll have, but it doesn't mean that you won't appreciate it. It gets better with time and it starts to feel very, very great. Try to be in a comfortable position in a place where you can relax. I prefer to do it completely naked in my bed with the door closed. Put on some good porn or anything that you use to stimulate yourself usually (imagination, etc) and take your time. I promise you won't regret it and you'll want to do it again asap. Don't forget to use lots of lube, but not too much in one go; just make sure your head won't hurt or have friction when penetrating it for the first time and then adjust if you need more.
