This entire thread is filled with people who don't actually understand Dragon Ball or Akira Toriyama.

Goku and Vegeta as "Super Saiyan Gods", have reached the amount of energy required to qualify as Gods of Destruction themselves, in fact the condition for Whis even agreeing on training both of them was hinged on the agreement that they would strive to become Gods of Destruction themselves.

The other characters, while all having varying skills and abilities, have all shown to have potentials similar and even greater than the main cast, including the supporting characters.

Freeza went away and trained for only a few episodes with serious burning conviction and returned with enough power to fight on par with Goku and Vegeta despite having trained considerably less than them, even if it was just for a short time.

The same can be said for any of the other characters in the series right now. It might turn out that the Legendary Super Saiyan transformation leads to a Legendary Super Saiyan God form, it might turn out that Yamcha is the strongest in all the Universes by the end of the series.

Speculation while the show is still being produced can be fun, but until the series is over we won't know for certain what the tierlist is like, we can only put a rough estimation on it based on past events, and Toriyama is all about having expectations blown away.
