Regarding the rules being censorship, you are entitled to your own opinion about the rules. But in case you haven't figured it out by now with your million plus karma.... Reddit isn't a fucking dictatorship, its a democracy.

Reddit is a dictatorship: Moderators are the dictators, and admins operate as a kind of parliament. If a moderator removes my comment, so what? I have zero guarantee of appeal. They just need to say "I don't like that" and boom, gone. If the community decides the moderator should be ousted, so what? They have no route to do so. They have to migrate. Leave.

If you don't like the rules, then go make your own subreddit about Gamestop where you allow all the terms you want, and remove all the rules you don't like. You are welcome to do that.
