Not to mention, the “religious freedom” crowd looks for every opportunity to empower people to refuse to prescribe medication if it “goes against their religious beliefs,” and trying to shut down programs and facilities that give affordable birth control, making it difficult to access. There may be more support than ever, but that’s among citizens and not those with legislative power.

Most of these facilities also happen to give services like abortions yes? Hence why they are targeted.

That being said, some people are also opposed to the government paying for people's birth control, and think it should be a personal expense, so there is that route as well, yes.
