Supreme Court backs new trial for Hamilton-area homeowner acquitted of 2016 fatal shooting of Indigenous man | CBC News

Are humans the most intelligent animals? Most agree. Are humans the most dangerous animals? Most agree. Are humans nocturnal? By choice some but not naturally. Are humans able to feel fear? Yes. Every person I ask would never expect to not get attacked or would not be on high alert if they walked into a bear den, a wolf den, or near any carnivore. So when did we get this notion that coming onto someone’s property, the most dangerous animal in the world, in or near their “den”, is okay during the night? Unannounced? With questionable actions.

Race has not a single thing to do with this. Unless this guy walked onto aboriginal land and opened fire in the name of annexing it or something.

Some people’s property are as valuable as a Carcass to a wolf. That’s reality and no other person as the right to question that what other people hold valuable. Time = money , ergo property = time and we have finite years.

Anyway… As I always say, I don’t always agree with Americans but when I do it’s on defending your castle laws.

End rant
