I data checked this before posting and the graph below the table is just simply the absolute number of incidents based on the percentages reported in table 14

The graph on the upper right is just the % share of the total number of incidents

And the one on the bottom right is those percentages adjusted for the population size of each group.

I have not personally done the math for this but I checked a few data points and they are accurate.

If you have time please fact check the bottom right graph, It's the only one I know can be badly misinterpreted but I think the math here is simple. You take the percentage of the population a group makes up and divide the percentage share of incidences by that number. This will give you a ratio that is a per capita correction factor. Weighting now by that factor yileds the percentages as they would be if population sizes were normalized.
