SV/NSV Feats of the Day - Tuesday, 14 August 2018: Today, I conquered!

3 weeks ago I finally decided to get off my ass and lose weight. When I joined my new gym, I had a free appointment with a personal trainer in hope for them to grab more money from me (jokes on them I'm broke). I went on one of those scales that is able to check my body fat percentage. I weighed in at 225lbs with 32% body fat. I've been going to the gym 4-6 times a week, first and second week I was doing 15-30min of cardio and this week I'm increasing it to 30-45min. On average, my breakfast consists of 2-3 large eggs and 175g greek yogurt with 50g blueberries. Lunch is about 3 cups of spinach and kale with half a pound of salmon and half an avocado. Before a workout I'll have a banana. After a workout I'll have a protein shake (1 scoop of Cookies and Cream Allmax Isoflex). Dinner is a chicken breast, sweet potato and 100g broccoli. Only kind of liquids that go into my mouth are water and protein shakes.

Now my issue is, I decided to check the scale today and I weighed in at 214lbs but still at 32% body fat. Some of that weight is obviously going to be water weight so I'm really trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. Any advice?
