You get to swap 2 of the rosters from any 2 teams not in your division. Which do you swap and why?

I've decided to do a roster carousel where Cowboys-->Redskins-->Eagles-->Giants-->Cowboys.

Redskins: Insist that Tony Romo isn't the least clutch player in the league. Accidentally win division on occasion. Gruden proves to be even less impressive than he was for real. is fired, Snyder finally agrees to change team name to the Washington Bryants upon Dez trade demand.

Eagles: RGIII has amazing success in Chip Kelly's read-option done right. Less injuries for him. Chip Kelly can't find the perfect RB to go with him. DeSean quickly realizes he back in Philly & decides to just leave the NFCE entirely. Signs for the Jets.

Giants: Constantly lose to Eagles because Chip Kelly is familiar with most of their team. Draft Mariota to worsen their cause. Mariota is considered a bust until signed by the Eagles to back-up RGIII who suffers a rare and entirely unexpected injury. Mariota leads Eagles to Superbowl victory. RGIII promptly traded to Washington for NFL's best backup, Tony Romo.

Cowboys: Eli Manning is thought by many to be extremely average on a Dalton-esque scale until all of a sudden, the Cowboys trade for Matt Forte at the deadline. Some thought it was a risky move but Jerry got his man, & got America's Team back in the big game. Eli wins the Superbowl over the Patriots (because he can only beat certain teams) & people officially declare him better than Peyton. Archie disowns the Elder Manning. "Eli was always my favorite." Jerry Jones unexplainable ego get even bigger & more insufferable. Trades away Eli because he doesn't want someone more popular than him in Dallas. Then realizes this move has made him the Least popular man in Dallas. Relocates team. Now known as the "Ft. Worth Cowboys." Olberman calls the move ingenious.
