Swedes of reddit, I implore you to enlighten me. Is my swedish girlfriend a psycopath or is this truly normal?

I'm Swedish, living in the US. Yes, I am accustomed to putting ketchup on my pasta, but pretty much only if it's home made and a fairly "plain" recipe. I have on occasion put ketchup on pasta made by friends, and yes, they asked me if I was insane (I also pre-cut my pasta before I eat it using just a fork, which convinced them all I'm a psychopath). However, I don't put ketchup on ANY and ALL kinds of pasta. I don't put it on Bolognese or anything that's already super heavy with tomato. I might use some if the pasta comes in a creamy sauce, 'cause I don't like creamy foods, but it would have a designated spot on my plate for delicate dipping.

Also, regarding other Swedes: I haven't lived there in decades, but I know that when I was a kid my friends also put ketchup on pasta, as did many kids during school lunch if pasta was served.
