I haven't read all the replies, but I live in Sweden as a foreigner so I think I will give you my view of whats happening with the immigrants. I came here two years ago and there were very few refugees until last year. In order to work here, you have to have level 3 Swedish and get hired. First problem with this is that all of the Swedish classes a filled and you have to take at least a year of classes to be qualified to work. So lots of people with nothing to do but to get restless. Then you have the problem of getting hired. If you are in competition for a job as a foreigner and the other competitor is Swedish, the Swede will get the job most of the time. Plus, not many jobs available.

The Swedish government also has stuck all of the immigrants in one place in the large cities and then once those places got filled, they sent them out to the country. This means that those who are all stuck together don't assimilate with the Swedes and those who are in the middle of nowhere have no ties to their country men and get homesick.

This is a case of imbalance and not enough resources. Refugees are bored and restless and have no way to make money. So they lash out. I am not saying its right for them to lash out, but I understand it. I am moving from Sweden back to the US because of the job situation and the healthcare here is pretty bad.
