Switch-up Saturday: Opinions, the Late Edition

I paid month-to-month for a year or so and leveled up a Tauren Elemental Shaman to somewhere around Dalaran (70-ish?) before finally buying WoD about a year before Legion. I skipped all of Cataclysm because I was just getting tired of the grind and Dalaran just wasn't doing it for me.

WoD, though, pssh. I upgraded my garrison to level 2 and left it alone. I didn't do any of the rep quests, captured my first rakikki mount, and that was all I did. My guild dropped me because I wasn't on anymore. So I rolled up a hunter and a mage and began leveling them up. The hunter was around 40-something and my mage never made it above 14.

Then Legion came out.

I used my WoD upgrade on my hunter and my Legion upgrade on my main, leaving the mage to dust. Legion had been mostly awesome. I went back to my garrison once or twice to farm and run old raids for fun, but that's been it. Legion brought me back from WoD, no doubt.

But here I am again. I'm SO DAMN TIRED OF SURAMAR! There's no city map so I never know which level I need to be on, the mobs and "WHAT ARE YOU HIDING?!" But I finally hit 20K exalted with the Nightfallen a couple days ago, and I can see the light at the end of the "Unlock Flying" tunnel. I'm almost to revered on 4 factions, and it's getting better. But my god, the grind is unlike anything I've ever done. I think, "Dude, I wanna play when I get home!" And then I get home and see world quests and think, "Fuck. Maybe not."

And I never unlocked flying in Draenor. FML.
