Forever ago, I used SX OS to put digital versions of my cartridges onto my Switch. I never set up emunand (which wasn't available when I first set all this up) and I didn't make a full nand backup until after I got games, homebrew apps, etc installed on my Switch.

Am I basically SOL if I ever wanted this switch to go back to being a normal, non-hacked switch?

I saw some folks talking about how they play online using their switch and then put all their homebrew apps and games on emunand. I kinda wanna do the same setup, but I'm wondering if it's too late for me to do that (since I've apparently installed all this stuff directly on my switch instead of installing it on emunand).
