I know Sydneysiders like coming up to the Mountains a lot more these days, but can you please stop trashing the joint?

I live on the beaches and I feel like the whole of the western suburbs (from those I have spoken to are all from that way) have decided to come to either take their dog to the park, go on the boat, fish, etc. Rubbish is piling up! And don’t get me started on the McDonald’s and kfc wrappers! Unfortunately, the people who do come don’t respect our area or our unwritten rules. For example most locals don’t tend to go to the main dog park as the “outsiders” don’t tend to clean up after their dog or watch their dog and many dog attacks and deaths have happened because of this. Another example is don’t destroy our bushland and protect the wildlife e.g. dispose of fishing hooks properly, don’t run after the birds. It’s getting frustrating and now we are even more popular for those with bikes. Some people haven’t been taught respect and common courtesy.
