How are capitalist states designed to kill? Far as I can tell starvation was a wee bit more of an issue in China, the USSR, Vietnam, North Korea, and Venezuela than any modern western nation. capitalist states do work on the principle that if you can't get work you starve, but even that's been made a lot more minor by foodstamp programs and unemployment. and yes the USSR's economy did turn into one more similar to a capitalist economy, as did China's, but that was because it was necessary because the pure socialist policies simply were not working.

All states are designed to kill and oppress. Imperialism is required for capitalism because it always needs more markets and resources because of it's chaotic mode of production. If you blame atrocities of warsaw pact to communism than why can't I do that on capitalism also?

capitalist states do work on the principle that if you can't get work you starve, but even that's been made a lot more minor by foodstamp programs and unemployment. USSR became capitalist when the power was centralized by Lenin for their own good actually and China was never socialist except Sun Yat San almost did it.

Except in more than 80 percent of the world population and those programs failing to improve lives of million poor.

due to ideological reasons.

Not really. Are you brainwashed by stalinists or something? The people Stalin/Mao purged were their political enemies rather than anti communism thing and those gulags also operated to keep the capitalist system running and kill the anarchists.

I don't see how FDR funding with corporate welfare is relevant to the fact that it's generally considered a socialist policy.

Socialism means a completely new society and abolishing commodities on the end.

people don't argue for venezuela being a socialist utopia anymore since it's gone completely to shit, but they used to Bernie Sanders praising their economic and food policy for example.

Praising certain parts of their system does not equal praising a whole country and Venezuela's economic crisis is more related to oil price.

anarchism is growing in parts of the world, but its also collapsing in others. it's fast losing popularity in basically every nation that calls itself communist, falling in popularity in the United States and the United Kingdom,

IWW memebership is growing fast and it is being revived.

Wrong? WTF are you one about it's an objective fact that the USSR alone killed more people than Nazi Germany(at least considering people killed by the regime and in executions, i'm not counting wartime battlefield casualties), throw in China and Vietnam and they easily dwarf it. And plenty of people, especially in China, were killed due to questioning the validity of communism and nothing else.

Maybe if you include China but USSR was less. Propaganda does not count as academic source. Also Mao cult doesn't equal communism as Ayn rand doesn't really equal entire academics of capitalism.
