Synga Suits?

Nah, he's not bad at all. He just requires a ton of investment (needs 3 Head Starts overall for optimal sync rotation, and wants 4/5 for Team Fast Track 9), but he can hit like a truck, especially on type. He's also very easy to run alongside a 4-Gauge spammer, so can slot into many teams as an extremely effective secondary DPS who buffs the entire team's speed, uses literally no Move Gauge outside of a single hit to get going, gives faster syncs, and lowers enemies' attack/spatk/speed. I'd go so far as to call him a great pair when fully raised, albeit an expensive one.

Without any pairs specifically to help his damage, he did 24k his second hit in CS with full Strength parameters—and with a full whale squad (4/5 SS N, 3/5 SSA Cynthia, 5/5 SS Hilbert), he did 55k on his second hit (after second sync, which happened when the boss still had 2 turns left before its first sync). Just to clarify, that was with the 'no fainting' special parameter, not the powered up physical attack one.
