T-Mobile and MetroPCS Just Got the Highest Scores Ever for Wireless Customer Care by J.D. Power

It doesn't for any industry. I'm well aware because our company hits over 98% NPS when the industry standard is around 70%. I'm telling you my experience, and just saying, that I think their employees don't seem to give a fuck. It's happened on more than one occassion.

At least for us, we care about EVERY single complaint. But what do I know...we only have a market cap of $30 billion, so I guess we're just a small corporate behemoth that doesn't give a shit about isolated incidents.

I guess I'm used to people wanting to treat me decently in order to get service? But I guess when it comes to metro, I need to use vulgarity to get their attention.
