If you’re seeing complaints about Fanatec at every turn, I would hardly consider that the “vocal minority.” That’s something I would be WORRIED about, not just brush it off and be like “eh it’ll be alright, let me place my order.”

Sim Racing is a niche market and if your company’s reputation on the internet is that you sell unreliable products, that’s an issue. Especially for the price of Fanatec hardware. People have been complaining about them for years and the complaints just continue to pile up. It’s not like everyone just woke up one day and decided to gang up on them for no reason. These people are upset because they received a faulty product or had a poor customer service experience (sometimes both) and that is completely justifiable.
