Home Depot will sell purebond plywood at good prices every so often. Therefore I can see mapping out the cuts you need layer by layer. Instead of going absolutely ham with a cnc machine and doing, each layer piece by piece over all its the time invested in it that would kill my conscience. I'm not in the business of just betting 1-2 grand on a car sized paper weight where I am that no one will buy from me locally.
