Taking care of yourself

It's become more of a priority as I get older. Noticing undeniable signs of decline in my 30's, even very subtle ones, has been a strong motivation. Due to my experiences with psychedelics I also have come to the intuitive belief there is a mystical (for lack of a better word) aspect of the human body which is like a puzzle that unlocks to create the set of physiological and mental states that are commonly described as enlightenment. Unlocking the puzzle seems to be intimately connected to the health and purity of the body and its subtle anatomy.

My advice is to focus on your gut health/microbiome, for efficiency's sake. Have you heard of the gut-skin-brain axis? Very long story short, a healthy gut leads to general good health, including mental health. I personally think just about everyone on the modern Western diet would benefit from supplementing with fish oil (especially cod liver oil), probiotics (I prefer raw sauerkraut), and some form of the iodine protocol.
