I've seen a post about how they find batteries for flashlights, but why does nobody bring up the fact that using a flashlight in a dangerous survival situation is a horrible idea that most 5 year olds would know better than to do?

I mean c'mon. If you're trying to not be seen, by the living or dead, a flashlight is literally a beacon saying "Hey! I'm right here! Come and kill me!"

Nobody who has survived for years in the zombie apocalypse would walk around in the woods at night using a flashlight. It's literally begging to die.
