I'm not saying you don't give young players a chance, I don't know where you got that from. I'm saying your board has no long term vision and it's a bad idea to join your club right now. They're probably not going to be there a few years from now, everything will change again and young players should think twice about committing their future to this shitshow.

And Arteta did everything in his power not to start ESR btw, he only played him when he had no other choice. I don't think it's a great example. Saka is one of the best prospects in english football so Arteta doesn't really get points for playing him either, it's not like he has better options.
