If it’s been over 3 weeks and your dose was just .5 I’m sure you may not feel anything or some rebound anxiety and insomnia at most for a few days. Nothing to care about but if you wanna avoid any possible mental (&physical) withdrawal then, yes, you can split your pills in .25 and take them over the course of 4 days and then stop. 4 days is acceptable to say for someone like you that you’ve been through the most part for a tapering dose and ready to cut again in which case you can just stop.
