Yeah, those all sound like panic attacks symptoms. Panic attacks don't generally stop people from breathing, but who knows.

There really isn't any debate that incidental exposure like this isn't enough to overdose though.

Yeah, I mean I wouldn't argue she didn't overdose because we don't really have enough evidence either way. She could certainly have accidentally taken some and had an adverse reaction though.
