Tax havens have no justification, say top economists, calling for their abolition | More than 300 economists are urging world leaders at a London summit this week to recognise that there is no economic benefit to tax havens, demanding that the veil of secrecy that surrounds them be lifted.

There isn't much of a story with the Panama Papers.

WTF this shows me you are stupid and take everything out of context. Where did I specifically mention America? I am not even American. I simply called you out by saying that hiding assets is ILLEGAL and globally it is actually frowned upon

All it tells you is leaders of third world countries such as Saudi Arabia hide their riches in different countries.

LMAOOOOOOO. They were tons of western business men, athletes and celebs among the names.

There were less than 200 Americans

Ok but this just shows how you switch things around. I NEVER said shit about Americans yet you are creating a whole discussion about Americans in the Panama Papers. Also, I see right through you, ''less than 200'' still means alot of Americans were mentioned there and so fucking what if they werent top 40? WTF has that got to do with anything? Not only the top 40 play the system.

The rich are the driving force of charities and philanthropy.

This isnt true LMAOOOO. Regular working class Africans abroad send more money home COMBINED than most chairities combined. It is called PERCENTAGES. Regular people definately out do rich people percentage wise. Most rich people use charities for tax purposes so your argument is bullshit. The Giving pledge only has 12 that have pledge, which is a pathethically small number.

Are you saying Ackman isn't a Leftist? Do you have citation for this too?

Ummmm no he isn't.... He is a REPUBLICAN. He endorsed a republican this year, lmao wtf. Why are you turning a discussion about tax havens about wether he's leftist or about Americans in Panama papers?

Life isn't fair, and never has been.

Um, where did I say that life is fair? Never did. LMAO

Nah, I dont feel entitled to others wealth. I am not talking about myself and none of my opinions are about myself. My argument is that poor and rich people should be treated the same way under the law. If poor people had the connections to have off shore accounts and were found out, that would be seen as a criminal act. Hiding assets are.
