Taxes Paid By Billionaires Decreased 79 Percent Since 1980, as Percentage of Their Wealth

Do you think it's fair to tax foreign companies based on who their shareholders are? Do you think it's fair to tax shareholders of companies on the profit of the company even if it's not distributed? Do you think it is a positive to ban ownership in foreign companies? You'd have to do one of these things to stop offshoring.

People are already taxed on the offshore income when they access it for personal use, or onshore it. Not paying those taxes is mostly what people getting arrested from the panama papers did wrong but it wasn't a huge % of them. There are also lots of completely valid reasons to own offshore corporations that aren't tax avoidence.
