IS IT: a teacher IT issue or the fact that VIPKid servers suck and can't handle the sheer number of students/teachers online when it's impossible to enter classrooms on Friday/Saturday nights?

Oh wow I am so glad to know it’s not just me because I just moved and am working on a hotspot, but used both Ookla and the 999 latency test to make sure I was good. And I still had an AWFUL first three classes where every time I established a connection, fireman changed lines which kicked me out all over again and had me starting from scratch. It was awful and I was tearing my hair out. Everything seems better for me right now but I’ve been entering the classroom the full 5 minutes early just in case. Also for the record, the latency test should do a better job of screening for difficulties with the new Level 1 classes. If I pass the latency test (999 link), I can usually predict that I will be fine in any class except for the new L1 classes. I really wish they would update the test to predict difficulties with those classes since they do require stronger internet.
