Ted Cruz says Beto O'Rourke can have 'double occupancy cell with Hillary Clinton' after supporter chants 'Lock him up'

So when people say Hillary broke the law, that's completely fabricated. If you think she did break the law, then how was the most investigated person in U.S. history (not hyperbole) cleared by every single republican investigation?

The reason given for not indicting was that there was no maliscious intent discovered behind her actions (and there is precedent for intent mattering for this type of crime).

It's a grey area to say that not indicting means no crime was committed. That's not really how the legal system works. The liklihood of a conviction is a major factor in recommending an indictment, especially for cases this high profile. It's possible for both a crime to have been committed and for the legal system to decide it shouldn't be prosecuted.

All that said I really don't care about it at this point. The only relevance Hillary has right now in the political landscape is Republicans using her as a boogeyman. I am in no way sharing or defending the Republican position on her with my post.
