Teeth and Dentists.

I'm 34 and as a kid i at nothing but processed junk food except on the weekend.

I've never had a cavity. I brushed my teeth once a day and never flossed.

Used to go to a dentist yearly until i was like 13 when he recommended braces for my nearly perfectly straight teeth. stopped going. Joined army at 17 (august 2001) with a parental wavier their dentists said i had great teeth and asked if i went to the dentist a lot. I mentioned not since i was 13. They were stunned.

quick checks when deployed. always comments on how great my teeth were. Best of the day. other people in my group that i talked needed teeth pulled because they were so bad.

No dental visits until i got out of army in 2009 exit from army dental visit still perfect teeth. Also still have my wisdom teeth.

2018 still perfect teeth. only one visit to a dental training school since just to get a check up. thinking about doing it again next year.

I dont know what the point of this was.
