Tell me about the most powerful NPCs in your setting.

Morten the Magnificent, a human wizard that was in my first game of D&D I ever played and has been in every campaign since.

So this kinda started off with us running a Module back in 4e and then my DM having to create a wizard NPC for us as his first homebrew NPC. The party loved the silly wizard and then as time went on and we all split up and started running our own games, we each included a wizard named Morten to aid the party in some way when needed. He helped out so many different campaigns that at this point he is viewed as a wizard more powerful than any god, one that keeps track of every timeline in existence e and only steps in to put the characters on the right path
