Tell Me About The Teams Remaining

You've come to the right place brother. I'll start in the east and break it down for you as well as I can.

Washington- The Wizards are a tough team to gauge. I think one of their greatest strengths is perimeter defense, and if I had to point to one thing that makes it possible I would chalk it up to their length at the wing positions. In my opinion, I think their offense can become quite stagnant at times, especially if Wall is off of the floor.

Atlanta- You've heard it before in all likelihood, but the Hawks are wonderfully coached, have great team chemistry, and some of the best ball movement around the league. They lack the "star power" that many deem necessary to win a title, and more importantly to me, I feel they lack a real defensive difference maker.

Cleveland- LeBron James and Kyrie Irving's team. These two guys can control the outcome of most games. With Kyrie's incredible playmaking skills coupled with LeBron's continued excellence, very few teams can win 4 of 7 games against these guys. Unfortunately for them they seem to have met quite the match in...

Chicago- Defensive juggernaut when at full strength. The success on the offensive end of the ball is contingent on Derrick Rose's health and playing ability on that respective night. Solid play by Jimmy Butler on the offensive end of the ball recently has offset the poor shooting nights Rose is occasionally prone to.

Golden State- One of the greatest regular season teams in the last 15 years. It's hard to find a real weakness with this team. Absolutely brilliant shot creating, and shot making, out of the backcourt. Two elite perimeter defenders in Klay Thompson and Draymond Green, and the MVP Stephen Curry

Memphis- Real old fashioned, solid basketball. The most physically imposing front court in the NBA, and improved shot creating from years prior.

Houston- Run n' Gun offense, headed by James Harden. The team can become much too dependent on certain types of plays, and it is especially visible during the final two minutes of games.

LA- A well oiled offensive machine headed by Blake Griffin and CP3. The playmaking in these two is surrounded in shooters like JJ Redick and Jamal Crawford, and athletic center DeAndre Jordan. The lack of depth on the Clippers is well-documented, and going deeper into the playoffs only increases this flaw becomes fatal.
