I had a system. There was an office three steps from the register with no cameras. We used to have to do drops, Where you would take X amount of cash from the register write down how much it was put it in an envelope then drop in the safe. We wrote the drops on a specific sheet of paper, Which I would leave in the office with no camera. When it was time to make a drop, I'd take all the 20's out and walk to the office with the drop sheet. Pocket X amount of cash and walk back on camera with my drop sheet. Never questioned it at all. They eventually put a camera in the office though. Then I came up with another plan.

Whenever you get a 100$ or a 50$, You have to put it under the drawer. I'd leave like a fraction of an inch of the bill sticking out of the register when I closed it. They knew I had back problems, So first I would stretch really big then lay over the register with both arms under my head. And with the hand on the bottom I'd start sliding the bill out very slowly. Then crumble it in my hand, Pick my head up and stretch again then pocket it.
