Telling people to arrive early for an appointment negates the whole purpose of having appointment times.

In March, I was sent to a lung specialist due to signs of possible Asthma. The nurse came and got me five minutes after I checked in. I had to wait 45 minutes for the doctor to finally show up, and his attitude was bad. He acted like I was wasting his time. I was scheduled for a follow up appointment in two months and was told to schedule another test. The next day I decided enough was freaking enough. I contacted an out of town clinic. I was told to have my medical records sent to the out of town visit if I wanted to make an appointment. Long story short, my records were sent, and I am seeing someone at the end of June. The physician assistant I will be seeing has already looked at my file and ordered at least one test to be done before I see him for the first time. I hate having to wait a long time to see him, but so far it seems he is a major improvement over the one doctor I saw in March.
