Temple shouldn’t fire this guy by any means. That’s ridiculous and offensive to free speech.

That being said, negative reactions to his words are not as simplistically pro Israel as other comments would lead you to believe. From the river to the sea is a phrase directly linked with Palestinians conquering all of Israel (which implies genocide).

This criticism stuck to Hill largely because he has significant associations with Louis Farrakhan who is a Holocaust denier and has called Jews the spawn of Satan and a nation of termites. To be honest, people reacting to it are kind of reacting to something similar to a right winger having associated with David duke and then addressing race relations in a semi controversial way.
