This tree was dead/dying when I moved in. We mentioned it within the first month of moving in and they just chose not to do anything until now. It was a half dead half alive tree, no risk of falling just annoying dead leaves year round.

I would have gladly locked my pets up and let them walk through my apartment. They originally tried to come when I was at work, like midway through the day asked if they could do the work ASAP. I was not prepared and explained, but they ended up pushing the date back and finding a new route into my backyard.

Im mainly shocked they specifically said no access was needed but came in anyway. They didnt even try to call my partner or I to explain they had to move stuff in. I just came home to all my shit moved about and my pets terrified
