Really now!? Changing stories are we?

He did not return the keys until yesterday. Neither I nor the caretaker had the key when I wanted to visit the flat. He gave the key yesterday and I informed him I won't be able to come cos my building is sealed down because of 8 +ve Covid cases. By the time he gave the key my apartment building where I live was under lockdown/sealed (whatever the right term for it). Now he wants to take the keys back to mess around with me again. Also the reason according to him was that he's moving to chennai. Another day he said he's moving to a different place in Bangalore. Whatever his reason is I don't care. Chennai or Bangalore I don't care. I am getting potential tenants who wants to move in and I can't have him run away with the keys with no laborers/carpenter/locksmith available now. I hope it is clear now. Don't worry, for people like you I'll make a detailed post with proofs. I'm sure you're one of those shitty pathetic tenants who trouble landlords and go around complaining landlords are the assholes.

FYI, how do you water proof an open balcony? Rain water falls on the open balcony and drains out through a pipe. I mean it is a completely open balcony on the last floor with no buildings covering it. Go look up about open balconies. I'm so fucking glad you're not my tenant. Sheesh! No offence you're probably rich and don't need to rent out.
